By purchasing any product, program, coaching service, or digital content from Jbirdfit / Jason Smith, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. Products and Services Covered
These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:
Online courses (including bundled courses)
Digital downloads (ebooks, audio components, and related materials)
1:1 coaching programs
Group coaching programs and men’s programs
Any related digital or educational content
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected.
If a payment plan is selected:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access and collections action if necessary.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by product category and is outlined below.
A. Digital Products (Ebooks, Audio, Downloadable Materials)
All digital products are final sale.
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these materials, no refunds will be issued once access is granted.
If you experience a technical issue, contact support for assistance.
B. Online Courses (Including Bundled Courses)
All course purchases are final.
Because course materials are accessible immediately upon enrollment, refunds are not available once access has been granted.
C. 1:1 Coaching Programs (6 Weeks)
Payments for 1:1 coaching are non-refundable once the program has begun.
If you withdraw early, no partial refunds will be issued.
Missed sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
D. Group Coaching / Men’s Program (6 Weeks)
We offer a conditional performance-based guarantee for designated group programs.
To qualify for a refund, you must:
Attend all live sessions
Complete and submit all required assignments
Actively participate in the community in good faith
Complete the program in full
If you meet all requirements and genuinely believe you did not experience meaningful personal growth, you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the program’s completion date.
Requests submitted after this window are not eligible.
5. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in revoked access to all current and future programs.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results.
Your outcomes depend on your effort, participation, and personal circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, documents, and training resources are the intellectual property of Jbirdfit / Jason Smith.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jbirdfit / Jason Smith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any program or use of materials.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
